The GH1543A is a unipolar switched Hall effect sensor IC designed for contactless switching applications. It features a wide temperature range (-40 to +150C) and supply voltage range (3.8 to 30 VDC) for design flexibility and harsh environments. Its industry-standard "gull-wing" SOT-89 package offers increased circuit board density and reduced susceptibility to solder bridging. The device includes an on-chip Hall voltage generator, amplifier, Schmitt trigger for noise rejection, and an open-collector output, capable of 25mA continuous sinking current.
