GH1511A Latching Hall Position Sensor
The GH1511A is a high-temperature bipolar Hall effect position sensor designed for consumer and industrial electronic products. It integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, temperature compensator, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This magnetic sensitive sensor circuit takes magnetic induction intensity as input and outputs a digital voltage signal. It operates with dual magnetic poles, suitable for rectangular or cylindrical magnets. The sensor boasts a wide operating temperature range (-40 to 150) and a broad power supply voltage range (3.8V to 30V), with a high load current capability of up to 40mA. It is available in a SOT-89B package.
