Product Overview

The AH3363Q is an AECQ100 qualified high voltage, high sensitivity Hall Effect Unipolar switch IC designed for position and proximity sensing in automotive applications. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device offers robust protection with a reverse blocking diode and Zener clamps on supply and output pins, along with an over-current limit on the output. The single open-drain output switches on with a sufficiently strong South pole magnetic field and remains on until the field strength drops below the release point. It is designed for applications such as seat and seatbelt buckle detection, steering lock/immobilisation, gear position sensing, and HVAC compression.
