The AH3391Q is an AECQ100 qualified, high voltage, low sensitivity Hall Effect Unipolar switch IC designed for automotive position and proximity sensing applications. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device offers a reliable solution with an open-drain output, over-current limit, and Zener clamp protection. It is activated by a South pole of sufficient strength and remains off for North pole or no magnetic fields.
