Product Overview
The AH3390Q is an AECQ100 qualified, high voltage, ultra-low sensitivity automotive Hall Effect unipolar switch IC. Designed for demanding automotive applications, it offers reliable position and proximity sensing over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V. Its chopper-stabilized architecture and internal bandgap regulator ensure temperature compensation and stability. The device features robust protection with a reverse blocking diode and Zener clamps on supply and output pins, along with an over-current limit on the output. The single open-drain output switches on with a sufficiently strong South pole magnetic field and remains on until the field strength drops below the release point.
