The AH1903 is a high-sensitivity, micropower Hall-effect switch IC offering selectable Omnipolar or Unipolar operation. Designed for battery-powered devices and office/home appliances, it features a low average supply current of 4.3A at 1.8V and operates across a wide supply range of 1.6V to 3.6V. Its hibernating clocking system minimizes power consumption, and it is available in a compact X1-DFN1216-4 package. The Unipolar/Omnipolar mode can be selected via the SEL pin, allowing for flexibility in application design without external components.
