EG41 Bipolar Latching Hall IC
The EG41 is a bipolar latching Hall effect sensor IC designed for brushless DC motor applications. It integrates a Hall sensor, voltage regulator, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This device offers fast response, high sensitivity, and a wide operating temperature range (-40 to 150) and supply voltage range (4V to 35V). It features reverse voltage protection and a maximum sink current capability of 40mA, making it suitable for various mechatronic applications.
