The AH3563Q is an AEC-Q100 qualified, high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall effect omnipolar switch IC designed for automotive position and proximity sensing applications. It operates from a wide supply voltage range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device offers robust protection with a reverse blocking diode, zener clamps on supply and output pins, and an overcurrent limit on the output. Its omnipolar operation allows switching with either the north or south pole of a magnet.
