Product Overview
The DIODES AH3231Q-AH3234Q/AH3270Q-AH3272Q are high voltage, high sensitivity, two-wire Hall Effect Unipolar/Latch switch ICs designed for position and proximity sensing in automotive applications. These AEC-Q100 qualified devices operate over a wide supply range of 2.7V to 27V and feature a chopper-stabilized architecture for superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. They include built-in reverse blocking diode, Zener clamp, and thermal protection with auto-restart for enhanced robustness. The unipolar switches (AH3231Q-AH3234Q) turn on with a south pole exceeding BOP and turn off when flux density falls below BRP. The latch switches (AH3270Q-AH3272Q) turn on with magnetic flux density greater than BOP and remain on until flux density reversal falls below BRP.
