Product Overview
The AH9247 is a high-sensitivity, micropower Hall-effect switch designed for battery-operated, handheld equipment. Featuring a chopper-stabilized amplifier for improved magnetic switch point stability and a sleep-awake logic to reduce average current consumption, this device offers efficient operation. The output latches its previous state during sleep mode, consuming only a few microamperes. It activates with either north or south pole of sufficient strength, with output switching based on magnetic flux density relative to operating (BOP) and releasing (BRP) points. Available in TO92S, SC59, and DFN-2X2-3 packages, the AH9247 is suitable for various applications including cover switches, handheld wireless applications, and low duty cycle magnet switches.
