Product Overview
The Shanghai Gochi Microelectronics GH3562 is a low-voltage, low-power linear Hall effect sensor chip designed for consumer and industrial electronic products. It offers adjustable sensitivity and features a user-defined wake-up/sleep mode to significantly reduce overall power consumption. The sensor operates within a wide voltage range and provides a static output voltage of VCC/2. Its ENABLE pin controls the transition between active and sleep states, with the output in a high-impedance state during sleep mode, reducing static current to the microampere level. The GH3562 is packaged in a compact DFN2020 with a heatsink, adhering to ROHS standards.
