Product Overview
The AH372 is a single-digital-output Hall-Effect latch sensor designed for high-temperature operation. It features an internal pull-up resistor, on-chip Hall voltage generator, amplifier, comparator with hysteresis for noise rejection, and an output driver. The device operates over a wide supply range with temperature compensation. It switches output ON when magnetic flux density exceeds the operating point (BOP) and switches OFF when the magnetic flux density reversal falls below the release point (BRP). The AH372 is available in SIP-3, SC59, and SOT23 packages.
