The AH3369Q is an AECQ100 qualified, high voltage, low sensitivity Hall Effect Unipolar switch IC designed for position and proximity sensing in automotive applications. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device offers robust protection with a reverse blocking diode, Zener clamps on supply and output pins, and an over-current limit on the output. The single open-drain output switches on with a sufficient South pole magnetic field and remains off for North pole or no magnetic fields.
