Product Overview
The AH1893 is a high sensitivity, micropower, omnipolar Hall-effect switch IC designed for portable and battery-powered devices. It features internal pull-up and pull-down capabilities, operating over a supply range of 1.6V to 3.6V with an average supply current of only 4.3A at 1.85V. Its hibernating clocking system minimizes power consumption, making it ideal for applications like cellular phones, portable PCs, home appliances, and industrial equipment. The device activates with either a north or south magnetic pole and is available in small, low-profile X1-DFN1216-4 and SOT553 packages.
