Product Description
The AH1751 is a single-digital-output Hall-effect sensor designed for high-temperature operation. It features an integrated Hall voltage generator, amplifier, comparator for noise rejection with switching hysteresis, and an open-collector output pre-driver. A band-gap regulator provides temperature-compensated supply voltage, allowing a wide operating supply range. The device operates as a latch: the OUT pin turns on (low) when magnetic flux density (B) exceeds the Bop threshold. It remains latched in the "on" state until B drops below the Brp threshold, at which point the OUT pin turns off. This sensor is suitable for applications such as rotor position sensing, current switches, encoders, and RPM detection.
