The AH3562Q is an AECQ100-qualified, high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall effect omnipolar switch IC designed for automotive position and proximity sensing. It operates from a 3.0V to 28V supply range and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for reliable performance across temperature variations. The device offers robust protection with a reverse blocking diode, zener clamps, and output overcurrent limiting. Its single open-drain output activates with either a south or north magnetic pole of sufficient strength.
