The AH3364Q is an AEC-Q100 qualified, high voltage, medium sensitivity Hall Effect Unipolar switch IC designed for position and proximity sensing in automotive applications. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device offers a reliable solution for demanding automotive environments with built-in protection features like reverse blocking diode, Zener clamps, and over-current limit on the output. The single open-drain output switches on with a sufficient South pole magnetic field and remains off for North pole or no magnetic fields.
