Product Overview
The AH3764Q is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity automotive Hall-Effect latch IC designed for applications such as brushless DC-motor commutation, speed measurement, and angular or linear encoders. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features chopper stabilization for excellent temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device includes robust protection mechanisms like a reverse blocking diode and Zener clamps on supply and output pins, along with an overcurrent limit on the output. The single, open-drain output is activated by a South pole and deactivated by a North pole of sufficient strength.
