The AH3781 is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall Effect latch IC with an internal pull-up resistor. It is designed for applications such as brushless DC motor commutation, flow meters, linear encoders, and position sensors in industrial, consumer home appliance, and personal care sectors. Optimized for a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V, it features a chopper-stabilized architecture and internal bandgap regulator for temperature-compensated performance. The device includes Zener clamps on the supply and output, as well as an output overcurrent limit for enhanced robustness.
