AH3574 High Voltage High Sensitivity Hall Effect Omnipolar Switch
The AH3574 is a high voltage, high sensitivity Hall Effect Omnipolar switch IC designed for proximity, position, and level sensing applications. Optimized for a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V, it offers superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift due to its chopper-stabilized architecture and internal bandgap regulator. The device features robust protection with a reverse blocking diode, Zener clamps on supply and output pins, and an over-current limit on the output. Its open-drain output can be activated by either the South or North pole of a magnet.
