Product Description
The DIODES AH3231Q-AH3234Q/AH3270Q-AH3272Q are high voltage, high sensitivity, two-wire Hall Effect Unipolar/Latch switch ICs designed for position and proximity sensing in automotive applications. They offer a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 27V and feature a chopper-stabilized architecture with an internal bandgap regulator for temperature-compensated supply. Built-in protection includes reverse blocking diode with Zener clamp, thermal protection with auto-restart, and UVLO. The unipolar switches (AH3231Q-AH3234Q) turn on when magnetic flux density exceeds BOP and turn off when it falls below BRP. The latch switches (AH3270Q-AH3272Q) turn on when magnetic flux density exceeds BOP and remain on until the flux density reversal falls below BRP. Applications include seat and seatbelt buckle position, transmission actuator, gear position, wiper, and door/trunk closure sensing.
