The AH1807 is a medium sensitivity, micropower Omnipolar Hall Effect switch IC designed for battery-powered consumer products, home appliances, and industrial equipment. It offers a reliable solution for applications like smart meter magnetic tamper detection, door/lid position sensing, and proximity switches. Its key advantage lies in its micropower consumption (24W at 3V) and wide operating voltage range (2.5V to 5.5V), making it ideal for low-power applications. The device features a single open-drain output that switches on with either a North or South magnetic pole. It is available in SC59, SOT553, and SIP-3L packages.
