Product Overview

The AH3377 is a high voltage, low sensitivity Hall Effect Unipolar Switch IC designed for proximity, position, and level sensing applications in industrial and consumer home appliances. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for excellent temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device offers robust protection with a reverse blocking diode and Zener clamps on supply and output pins, along with an over-current limit on the output. The single open-drain output switches on with a sufficiently strong South pole magnetic field.
