Product Overview
The AH3761 is an obsolete, discontinued Hall effect latched sensor designed for electronic commutation in brushless DC motor applications. It features on-chip Hall voltage generation, a comparator with Schmitt trigger for noise rejection, and an open-drain output. A bandgap regulator provides temperature-compensated supply voltage over a wide operating range. The output turns on (low) when magnetic flux density exceeds Bop and remains on until flux density drops below Brp, at which point it turns off (high). This part is no longer recommended for new designs and is replaced by the AH3774.
