The AH8501 is a high-accuracy, low-power linear Hall effect sensor featuring an 8-bit output resolution. Its output voltage is ratiometric to the supply voltage and proportional to magnetic flux density. Designed for a wide range of applications from battery-powered consumer electronics to industrial equipment, it operates from 1.6V to 3.6V and utilizes an externally controlled ENABLE pin for power-saving clocking. The device offers a typical sensitivity of 2.25mV/G at 1.8V and 3.8mV/G at 3V, with an accuracy of 3% at 25C. Available in a compact U-DFN2020-6 package, it minimizes PCB space.
