Product Overview
The AH3774 is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall-effect latch IC designed for commutation of brushless DC motors, flow meters, linear encoders, and position sensors. It is optimized for a wide supply voltage range of 3.0V to 28V and features chopper stabilization for superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device offers robustness with reverse blocking diode and Zener clamp on the supply, along with an overcurrent limit and Zener clamp on the output. The single open-drain output switches on with a South Pole and off with a North Pole of sufficient strength.
