Product Overview
The AH3373 is a high voltage, high sensitivity Hall Effect Unipolar Switch IC designed for proximity, position, and level sensing in industrial, consumer home appliances, and personal care applications. Optimized for a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V, it features a chopper-stabilized architecture and an internal bandgap regulator for temperature-compensated performance. The device offers robust protection with a reverse blocking diode, Zener clamps on the supply and output, and an over-current limit on the output. The single open-drain output switches on with a South pole of sufficient strength, remaining on until the magnetic flux density drops below the release point. The output remains off for North pole or no magnetic fields. Polarity for operation differs between SOT23/SIP-3 and SC59 packages.
