Product Overview
The AH3582 is a high voltage, high sensitivity Hall Effect Omnipolar switch IC designed for proximity, position, and level sensing in industrial and consumer home appliances. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture with an internal bandgap regulator for temperature compensation. The device offers robustness with a reverse blocking diode and Zener clamp on the supply, and an over-current limit with Zener clamp on the output. The internally pulled-up output can be switched on by either the South or North pole of sufficient strength.
