Product Overview
The AH3775 is a high-voltage, medium-sensitivity Hall Effect latch IC designed for applications such as brushless DC motor commutation, flow meters, linear encoders, and position sensors in industrial and consumer home appliances. It operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features chopper stabilization for temperature compensation and reliability. The device includes protection mechanisms like a reverse blocking diode with a Zener clamp on the supply and an overcurrent limit with a Zener clamp on the output. The single, open-drain output latches on with a sufficient South pole and off with a sufficient North pole.
