Product Overview
The AH1925 is an ultra-low power, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall effect switch from Diodes Incorporated. Designed for battery-operated equipment, it features an average supply current of only 1.4A at 1.85V and operates within a supply range of 1.6V to 3.6V. Its hibernating clocking system minimizes power consumption, while a high ESD level of up to 8kV enhances system robustness. The compact X2-DFN1410-4 package minimizes PCB space. The single open-drain output switches on with either a north or south pole of sufficient strength, turning off when the magnetic flux density falls below the release point.
