Product Overview
The AH3362Q is an AECQ100 qualified, high voltage, high sensitivity automotive Hall Effect Unipolar Switch IC. Designed for robust position and proximity sensing in demanding automotive applications, it operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V. Its chopper-stabilized architecture and internal bandgap regulator ensure reliable performance across the entire operating range with excellent temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. The device features robust protection with a reverse blocking diode, Zener clamps on supply and output pins, and an over-current limit on the output. The open-drain output switches on with a sufficient South pole magnetic field and remains on until the field strength drops below the release point. The polarity for operation differs between SOT23/SIP-3 and SC59 packages.
