AH1889 High Sensitivity Dual Unipolar Hall-Effect Switch
The AH1889 is a high sensitivity dual output Unipolar Hall effect IC designed for low voltage applications requiring quick response times. It can independently detect either a North or South pole and switch one of its two outputs, featuring internal pull-up and pull-down capabilities. This compact device operates over a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V and is housed in a small, low-profile SOT553 package to minimize PCB space. A South pole of sufficient strength activates OUTPUT1, while a North pole activates OUTPUT2. The outputs are active low and remain on until the magnetic flux density drops below the release point.
