These AEC-Q100 qualified devices feature integrated self-diagnostics, a wide supply voltage range (2.7V to 27V), chopper-stabilized architecture, and built-in protection mechanisms including reverse blocking diode, Zener clamp, and thermal shutdown with auto-restart. They are ideal for position and proximity sensing in various automotive systems.
