Product Overview
The AH9246 is an ultra-high sensitivity, micropower omnipolar Hall-effect switch designed for battery-operated devices and industrial applications. It features a chopper-stabilized architecture for improved stability, a sleep-awake logic to reduce average current consumption to 8A typical at 3V, and an internal pull-up resistor. The output switches on with either the north or south pole of sufficient strength and latches its state during the sleep period. Available in TO92S and SC59 packages.
