The AH3781 is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall Effect latch IC with an internal pull-up resistor. It is designed for applications such as brushless DC motor commutation, flow meters, linear encoders, and position sensors in industrial, consumer home appliance, and personal care sectors. The device operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features chopper stabilization for temperature stability and minimal switch point drift.
