Product Overview
The CHT13 is a compact, high-performance, and highly reliable digital temperature and humidity sensor. It features a calibrated single-bus digital signal output, ensuring high accuracy. The sensor utilizes a robust design with a high-precision sensing element for humidity and an external NTC for temperature, integrated with a powerful, wide-voltage (2.7-5.5Vdc) mixed-signal microcontroller. It boasts an analog logarithmic linear processing circuit, a 14-bit ADC, and an enhanced single-bus hardware driver for strong drive and anti-interference capabilities, along with a low-power mode. Through multi-point wide-range automatic calibration and unique algorithms, the CHT13 guarantees precision and consistency, further validated by aging and testing in high-temperature and high-humidity environments for long-term stability and reliability. Its single-bus communication is user-friendly and directly interchangeable with other digital sensors. The digital direct-read output eliminates the need for secondary calculations, providing actual temperature and humidity values.
