Product Overview
The CC6203 is a micro-power, high-sensitivity, omnipolar Hall switch sensor device with a latching output, designed to directly replace traditional magnetic reed switches. It is particularly suitable for battery-powered portable electronic products such as mobile phones, cordless phones, notebook computers, and PDAs. The CC6203 features omnipolar magnetic field discrimination, meaning it can be activated by either the north or south pole of a magnetic field, and the output turns off when the magnetic field is removed. Unlike general Hall sensor devices, it does not require a specific south or north pole to operate, reducing the hassle of magnetic pole identification during assembly. The product utilizes dynamic offset cancellation technology to eliminate offset voltages caused by packaging stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradients, thereby improving device consistency. The internal circuitry includes a Hall element, voltage regulator module, signal amplification processing module, dynamic offset cancellation module, latch module, and CMOS output stage. Utilizing advanced Bi-CMOS technology and an optimized circuit structure, the CC6203 achieves extremely low input error feedback. Its highly miniaturized packaging process provides superior performance and market advantages.
