Product Overview
The CC6103E is a latching Hall-effect switch IC manufactured using advanced BiCMOS technology, offering excellent temperature stability and high resistance to mechanical stress, with a maximum operating temperature of 85C. It utilizes dynamic offset cancellation and proprietary temperature compensation technology to minimize offset voltage variations caused by packaging stress and ambient temperature changes, ensuring consistent magnetic sensitivity. The device integrates a voltage regulator, Hall element, signal amplifier, dynamic offset cancellation module, and a power output stage with current limiting. When the south pole of a magnetic field approaches the TO-labeled side of the chip and reaches the threshold, the power transistor conducts, outputting a low level. When the north pole approaches and reaches the threshold, the power transistor cuts off, outputting a high level. The built-in voltage regulator allows operation from 2.5V to 5.5V. The CC6103E is available in TO-92S and SOT23-3 packages, both RoHS compliant, with an operating temperature range of -40C to 85C.
