Product Overview
The CC6103/4 is a latching Hall effect switch IC manufactured using advanced BiCMOS technology, offering excellent temperature stability and high resistance to mechanical stress, with a maximum operating temperature of 150. It utilizes dynamic offset cancellation and proprietary temperature compensation technology to significantly reduce offset voltage caused by packaging stress and environmental temperature variations, ensuring high consistency in magnetic sensitivity. The device integrates a voltage regulator, Hall element, signal amplifier, dynamic offset cancellation module, and a current-limited power output stage. The internal voltage regulator allows operation from 2.5V to 5.5V. The output state changes when the magnetic field strength reaches a threshold near the chip's marked surface.
