The Cosemitech CH912/CH912L is a high-sensitivity, extremely temperature-stable micro-power Omnipolar Hall effect switch IC designed for portable and battery-powered consumer equipment, as well as office equipment, home appliances, and industrial applications. It features a hibernating clocking system for minimal power consumption, operating over a supply range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The device activates with either a north or south pole of sufficient magnetic field strength, with an internal pull-up and pull-down capability. Its chopper-stabilized design ensures superior temperature stability, minimal switch point drift, and enhanced immunity to physical stress. The CH912/CH912L is available in small package sizes (TO-92S, SOT-23) and is RoHS-compliant.
