Product Overview
The KTM5910 is a 24-bit absolute angle TMR magnetic encoder that forms a high-speed, high-precision non-contact magnetic encoder module. It features a 16-bit SAR ADC with a maximum sampling rate of 2M, capable of reading differential analog sine and cosine signals from the sensor. Through its high-speed digital circuitry, it calculates angle and outputs position information. The KTM5910 offers flexible angle output modes, including up to 36Mbps SPI absolute angle output, programmable ABZ quadrature pulse incremental output (1-65536 lines), programmable UVW incremental output (1-256 pole pairs), and PWM absolute angle output. It incorporates automatic linear and non-linear calibration, Z-signal calibration, multi-level absolute position synchronization for multi-cycle applications, and programmable amplifier gain. For functional safety, it includes 8-bit CRC verification for SPI angle output and self-diagnostic alarm functions such as TMR input sine/cosine amplitude anomaly and input undervoltage.
