Usage Instructions:
The air temperature and humidity sensor can be connected to various differential input data acquisition devices, data acquisition cards, remote data acquisition modules, etc. Please refer to the wiring diagram for details.
Data Conversion Methods:
Temperature Conversion:
- 0~2V DC: T = 50*V - 30
- 0~5V DC: T = 20*V - 30
- 0~10V DC: T = 10*V - 30
- 4~20mA: T = 6.25*A - 55
Humidity Conversion:
- 0~2V DC: H = 50*V
- 0~5V DC: H = 20*V
- 0~10V DC: H = 10*V
- 4~20mA: H = 6.25*A - 25
RS485 Signal:
Standard Modbus-RTU protocol, Baud rate: 4800; Parity: None; Data bits: 8; Stop bits: 1.
Address Modification:
To change the address (e.g., from 1 to 2), use the following command structure: Host Slave. Example: 0x01 0x06 0x07 0xD0 0x00 0x02 0x08 0x86. If the sensor receives correctly, it will return data as per the original path. If the original address is forgotten, the broadcast address 0xFF can be used (only one slave can be connected to the host). The returned address will be the original address, which can be used for address querying.
Data Query:
To query data (temperature, humidity) from a sensor (address 1), use the following command: Host Slave. Example: 0x01 0x03 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x02 0xC4 0x0B. If the sensor receives correctly, it will return data: Slave Host. Example: 0x01 0x03 0x04 0xFF 0xDD 0x01 0x64 0x5A 0x66. Temperature: -3.5 (negative numbers are represented in two's complement); Humidity: 35.6%RH.
Precautions:
- Upon receiving the product, please check if the packaging is intact and verify that the sensor model and specifications match your order.
- Installation location should be away from chemically corrosive environments.
- Sensors and wires should be kept away from high-voltage electricity, heat sources, etc.
- The sensor is a precision instrument and should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and normal temperature indoor environment.
- The sensor is a precision component; please do not disassemble it yourself to avoid product damage.
