Product Overview
The CC6207M is a micro-power, high-sensitivity, omnipolar Hall effect switch with latching output, designed to directly replace traditional magnetic reed switches. It is particularly suitable for battery-powered portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, cordless phones, notebook computers, and PDAs. The CC6207M features omnipolar magnetic field detection, responding to both north and south magnetic poles. Its internal circuitry includes a Hall element, voltage regulator, signal amplification and processing module, dynamic offset cancellation module, latch module, and CMOS output stage. Utilizing advanced BiCMOS technology and an optimized circuit structure, the CC6207M achieves very low input error feedback. The device incorporates dynamic offset cancellation technology to eliminate offset voltages caused by packaging stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradients, thereby improving device consistency. It is available in compact SOT23-3, TO-92S, and DFN4L packages, with an operating temperature range of -40 to 125C.
