Product Description
The CC6207 is a micro-power, ultra-sensitive, full polarity Hall switch with a latching output, designed to directly replace traditional magnetic reed switches. It is ideal for battery-powered portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, Bluetooth headsets, and forehead temperature guns. The device is fully polarized for magnetic field discrimination, activating with either the north or south pole and switching off when the field is withdrawn, eliminating the need for pole identification during assembly. Utilizing advanced BiCMOS technology and dynamic offset cancellation, the CC6207 offers optimized circuit structure, very low input error feedback, and improved device uniformity by mitigating misalignment voltages from package and thermal stresses. Its miniaturized packaging process provides enhanced performance and market advantages.
