CC6207E Full-Polarity, Micro-Power Hall Effect Switch
The CC6207E is a micro-power, ultra-sensitive, full-polarity Hall switch sensing device designed to directly replace traditional magnetic reed switches. It is ideal for battery-powered portable electronic products, offering a wide operating voltage range (2V to 5.5V) and fast response speed. Its full-polarity output responds to both South and North magnetic fields, simplifying assembly by eliminating the need to identify magnetic poles. The device features superior temperature stability, extremely low switch-point drift, and robust ESD protection. It is available in compact SOT23-3 and DFN4L packages, complying with RoHS requirements.
