The RedRock RR122-2B22-511 and RR122-2B23-511 are digital push-pull magnetic sensors utilizing patented Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology with integrated CMOS. These sensors are designed for a wide range of applications including medical, industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics. They offer a low operate sensitivity of 30 G (3 mT) with a unipolar magnetic field response, a broad supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V, and the industry's lowest average current drain of 100nA at 10 Hz. With a high operating temperature range of up to +125C, they are suitable for demanding environments. Key applications include proximity detection, rotary sensing, fluid level detection, and utility meters.
