KTH7812 16-bit High-Precision Low-Latency Hall Magnetic Encoder
The KTH7812 is a high-precision absolute angle Hall sensor chip offering up to 16-bit resolution for absolute angle output. It enables contactless magnetic field angle measurement in both on-axis and off-axis scenarios. With an ultra-low latency of data updates every 1s, it accurately outputs angle information across a wide speed range (0-120,000rpm), making it suitable for applications requiring precise angle measurement and speed control. The KTH7812 provides flexible output modes including programmable ABZ quadrature pulse output (up to 4096 steps/revolution) and programmable UVW incremental output (1-8 pole pairs). It also supports SPI communication for angle reading, register read/write, and features built-in magnetic field strength detection with programmable thresholds for monitoring and alarm functions. The integrated MTP (Multiple Time Programmable) memory stores key configuration parameters like zero angle position, ABZ encoder settings, and magnetic field detection thresholds for flexible configuration.
