Product Overview
The KTH7823 is a 16-bit programmable non-contact Hall magnetic encoder offering high precision (< 0.35 accuracy error) and ultra-low latency (1 s data updates). It supports both on-axis and off-axis measurement scenarios, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including brushless DC motors, elevators, and barrier gates. The encoder features multiple output options, including SPI, SSI, programmable ABZ outputs (4-4096 steps/turn), and 14-bit PWM angle output. It also includes built-in programmable memory (MTP) for storing configuration parameters and magnetic field strength diagnosis/alarm functionality. Operating voltage is 3.3V to 5V, with an operating temperature range of -40C to 105C. Available in QFN-16L (3mmx3mm) and SOP-8 (4.9mmx6mm) packages.
