Cosemitech CH603/CH604/CH605 Automotive Product Group
The CH603/CH604/CH605 family of Miniature Ratiometric Linear (MRL) sensors are high-performance, versatile linear Hall-effect devices designed for automotive and industrial applications. These sensors operate based on the magnetic field from a permanent magnet or electromagnet, providing a ratiometric output voltage proportional to the magnetic field strength. Key advantages include high accuracy, precise temperature compensation, a wide operating voltage range, and excellent temperature stability. The quad Hall sensing element ensures a robust design with minimal stress effects. They respond to both positive and negative gauss, offering flexibility in magnetic pole monitoring. The linear output provides circuit design flexibility, and the rail-to-rail operation maximizes usable signal range.
