Product Overview
The CHA44XP/CH44XP Hall-effect sensor series offers advanced, temperature-stable, and stress-resistant digital bipolar latching Hall sensors. Designed for automotive and industrial applications, these sensors feature chopper stabilization for stable operation across a wide temperature range (-40C to 150C) and are resistant to physical stress. They include an on-board voltage regulator for supply voltages from 2.5V to 22V, output short-circuit protection, reverse-battery, and freewheeling protection. Available in TO-92S, SOT-23, and SOT-89 package sizes, these RoHS-compliant sensors are ideal for speed and RPM sensing, motor control, robotics, and flow-rate sensing.
